Kundalini 2

🌷 Spanda 🌷:

The underlying imaginative motivations emerged as spandan or thought-vibration about the Unadulterated Being. There seemed an all inclusive longing to show, similar to an everlasting spring, cheerfully over-streaming and consistently poorna full.

Spanda, signifies "divine vibration", or heavenly heartbeat. Cognizance, at the subtlest level, moves in rushes of constriction and development. Spanda is the inventive beat of the Outright as it appears into the dynamism of relative structure.

The sound that exuded from the vibration was AUM. Thus it is called Pranava or first sound.

Spanda goes into the territories of Pravratti or creation, Sthiti or maintainence and Saṁhṛti or disintegration (laya).

"Pravṛtti" is to go toward outside things,

"Sthiti" is to keep up with those exceptionally outer things for some time.

"Saṁhṛti" is to disintegrate those things in one's own Self.

🌷 Spanda Karikas 🌷 :

Spanda Karikas is an exemplary text of Kashmir Shaivism.

"Kārikā" signifies assortment and clarification about a philosophical subject.

''Spanda" signifies the heavenly vibration out of which everything emerges and which pervades everything. Spanda is the powerful part of Chit-Shakti both at the universe level and at individual level.

🌷 Svarūpa-spanda 🌷:

At individual level spanda is the energy of Oneself. Spanda isn't simply a philosophical idea, it tends to be capable and felt straightforwardly. The creator of "Spanda Karikas" is Vasugupta (800 - 850 CE), Kallata, a pupil of Vasugupta (825 - 900 CE.) both having a place with Kashmir Shaivism.

Svarūpa-spanda is one's own fundamental nature as the Perceiver or Experiencer. This restricted individual can not immediate the will or want of appearance. However, by reaching out to and staying in its own quintessence ie energy of Oneself, that individual becomes equivalent to "That embodiment - Shiva" in whom this universe rests and from whom it has approached.

Indeed, even in every one of the territories of Cognizance, the rule of Spanda keeps on streaming. Spanda never departs from Its own fundamental nature as the Perceiver or Experiencer. This condition of spanda is depicted as

*Wherein there is neither agony nor joy,

nor object nor subject;

wherein the condition of insentience doesn't exist...

that is, in the most noteworthy sense, the rule of Spanda.

🌷Chakra designs, Mantra, Seed mantra in Kundalini yoga 🌷:

Chakra examples of the Kundalini yoga are mathematical shapes framed by various sound frequencies.

In Cymatics concentrate on the sound and it's vibration make apparent examples. (The review is done as a rule on plate or film).

Mantras of Kundalini yoga are the sound or Nothing going on for least of seven seconds in Reverberation mode contacting and inflencing the paricular chakra in our body.

Each Chakra has its own geomagnetic example, mantra and beeja or seed schedule.

In its supernatural perspective, laying out contact with the Preeminent Being is troublesome. The methodology through Sound, is alluded to as Aparam Brahman and this methodology through sound is considered as most favored way. As the sadhaka dives further inside, he understands that his physical, inconspicuous and relaxed bodies with their faculties, the psyche and chatushta karanas all have sound as their premise. Sadhaka arrives at sound before he arrives at the Timeless Self.

🌷Anahata Naad 🌷

Anahata Naad is situated inside the sushumna nadi that reaches out from the foundation of the spine to the crown of the head. Anahata Naad is the unstruck, spiritualist sound that happens immediately and isn't the aftereffect of striking or beating of things. Contingent on the power of a searcher's fixation and the level of his psychological immaculateness, Anahata Naad can be unmistakably heard in profound reflection.

Supercharged with extraordinary soul-force, sound is the strong rule that generally impacts any remaining indications.
